Online measurement of the elastic recovery value of machined surface in milling titanium alloy

چکیده
This paper aimed to obtain the elastic recovery value of machined surface workpiece in milling process titanium alloy, because it can cause strong friction between tool flank and surface. A new online measurement system was designed monitor behavior Ti6Al4V alloy dry based on digital image correlation (DIC). DIC principle intuitively analyzed by means picture illustration. The orthogonal experiments were with different cutting parameters experiment processes detail, including installation system, speckle disposal measured field calibration test instrument. displacement curve target region according material deformation characteristics metal materials thus calculation method obtained. Besides, optimization minimum also obtained, which be expanded machining other difficult -to-machine materials.
